We posted on Instagram and Twitter on Wednesday about an issue with our website that came up as we were publishing new pieces last week (we publish on Wednesdays, three or four times a month). We worked for the last week with tech support from the company whose software we use to power our membership site, and as always, they were attentive, responsive, transparent, and diligent.

The issue was that when we published new content or edited older content, it became unavailable to logged-out readers. While the rest of our site was working properly, we obviously were unable to publish new content as planned.

We decided that the best way for us to manage our workload and editorial calendar would be to push all of our planned content by one week. As luck would have it, the website issue was fixed toward the end of the workday Wednesday, and we were able to publish one article. But we do apologize for the light week—it was not our plan. We will be back with two great pieces next week, and we have some fabulous pieces in the pipeline for the rest of summer and well into the fall!
