We are truly delighted to introduce Selina Ye, marketing intern here at Digits & Threads!

This internship is supported by the Magazine Association of BC, and we are thrilled to be able to grow our team during our first year of publication, and to provide what we hope will be a super learning experience for Selina.

Here’s what she has to say:

“Greetings from the incoming marketing intern Selina here! A little bit about myself, I am an analog photography enthusiast, terrible chef according to my family, and can speak three languages. I am incredibly humbled by this opportunity to work with a such a close-knit (pun intended) team over at Digits & Threads. While my educational background in physiology is something very distant from the world of publishing and marketing, I have always maintained a keen interest in the digital space and hope to bring a unique, interdisciplinary perspective to the team. It is a great honour to be working with a publication that champions the values of sustainability, equity, community, and inclusion in their initiatives. I look forward to the abundance of learning and growth with the Digits & Threads community in the coming months!”

There are two major marketing projects Selina will work on over the coming months, and she’ll also help us with our social media. If you bump into her online, please say hi!
