new year, new shawl MKAL

This shawl design features several different lace stitch patterns, so solid or semi-solid/tonal colours are recommended. Originally envisioned in one solid shade of fingering weight yarn, the pattern is flexible enough to be knit with DK or worsted weight yarns, and instructions will be given for altering size, and for adding an accent colour, which could be a variegated yarn.
The introduction to the pattern, including yarn requirements, will be available on January 1, 2023, and knitters who buy the pattern in the first week after its release can use coupon code MKAL23 for a 23% discount on their Ravelry pattern purchase.
Clues will be released on February 1, 8, 15, and 23.
