KW Garment Sewist Guild Meeting & Social

The KW Garment Sewist Guild is in it’s early days – we just started meeting in Fall 2022. As a guild, we focus on garment sewing, since there are guilds for local quilters nearby, but all who consider themselves makers are invited!
At our next meeting, we will be connecting local garment sewists to one another and to talk about MENDING! There will be a short presentation, a discussion on guild business, an exciting project for everyone, and then a chance for future members to connect.
You are encouraged to wear or bring a garment you have made to the meeting. If you like, you can share it during the “sew and tell” section of the meeting.
We welcome members of all ages, genders, sizes, backgrounds, experience levels, and abilities and we expect all members to share this perspective and include everyone.
All guild members are welcome to attend. (Become a member on Patreon!) Non-members/Guests are asked to bring $5 to the meeting to help cover the room booking fee, but this is optional.
