The Magic of Gently Touching Trees

[Open Access] The forest has always been the place where I feel most at home. I grew up on an apple orchard that backed onto a forest of ponderosa pine, and there was a giant English walnut tree in our front yard that I would climb for hours. Now I live in Vancouver, Canada, where I can get to the forest within twenty minutes of my home, and I can go find peace in the trees.
